What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.

How is tax calculated on my order?

We are a Louisiana-based company and so LA orders are charged Louisiana sales tax. Out of state orders are exempt from sales tax.

This order is a gift. Do you provide gift receipts or gift wrapping?

All orders currently ship without pricing information. Email us if you'd like to include a note and we'd be happy to fancy up the packaging a bit for the lucky recipient!

If I ordered the wrong item by mistake, can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an order, please contact us at hello@fourriversdesigns.com.


How do I return an item if it isn't what I'm looking for?

Four Rivers Designs accepts returns of unused product within 14 days of shipment. Contact us at hello@fourriversdesigns.com to start the process. 

Note: you are eligible for either return credit or a refund only after we receive the item and confirm that it is unused.


Items will ship the next business day via USPS.
